Student Advisor - Senior

I am a senior at Arlington High school and I have 9 siblings, a lovely grey Tabby cat named Theo, and a couple geckos. As far as my school life goes, I am ASB Activities Manager, Vice President of Sports Medicine and National Honor Society. Outside of school, I work at Starbucks and attend youth group at Smokey Point Community Church.

However, out of all the activities I am in, my favorite is running Cross Country. The reason behind this is that only people who are willing and dedicated each and every day partake in this difficult sport. This means I can surround myself with good people who can motivate me to continue to better myself (more than just physically) and others around me. In this sport, regardless of whether I am feeling unmotivated, I always have to go that extra mile in order to get positive results.

As an advisor on the School Board, I am willing to put forth these same exact qualities. I desire to become more informed and involved with my education. Also, in my ASB role, I can spread these ideas to my classmates and be able to answer any questions students have.

After high school, I want to become an EMT because I enjoy helping people and want to make a difference in my community. The human body is so fascinating and filled with complex systems. I've taken steps to start my long journey, and will stop at nothing to reach my end goal.
