AEF gives 19 grants to educators

Arlington Education Foundation gives 19 grants worth nearly $12,000 to classroom teachers

GrantsDuring the Arlington Public Schools Board of Directors regular meeting on April 28, the Arlington Education Foundation (AEF) gave $11,610.81 to teachers in the Arlington School District.

“The Foundation has provided over $200,000 in grant funding for the past 13 years,” said AEF President Kim Deisher-Allen. “We’re excited to support 19 incredible projects this Spring cycle. The creativity and forward-thinking ideas in these grant applications continue to impress our committee. It’s an honor to invest in our classrooms and contribute to the great work happening throughout the Arlington School District.”
