DCAP-Dependent Care Assistance Program--$120.00 minimum and $5000.00 maximum for calendar year 2025.

You can enroll in FSA/DCAP at the following times:

• During open enrollment
• No later than 31 days after the date you become newly eligible.
• No later than 60 days after you or an eligible dependent experiences a qualifying event that creates a special open enrollment.
